Return Policy:
  • We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and with all original tags attached to the garment. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order delivery date
  • Shipping charges, except in cases in which we have made a shipping error
  • PinkBlush eGift Cards
  • Giveaways or promotional items with retail value
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition
  • All accessories, scarves, intimates, photoshoot gowns, skincare, bags and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment or in the form of PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card (Get your refund faster!) - If using a PinkBlush pre-paid label, you will receive an email with your PinkBlush eGift Card as soon as your return package is received and scanned by the carrier. If you are returning items that were paid for using an existing PinkBlush eGift Card, you will be issued a new PinkBlush eGift Card with an updated balance.
    NOTE: PinkBlush eGift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit cards or to any other methods of payment (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Paypal, etc).
  • Original Method of Payment - You will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after your package is received at our returns warehouse. If you would like your refund faster, please select the PinkBlush Store Credit option.
  • Combined Payment Method (PinkBlush eGift Card + Other Payment Methods) - If you used a PinkBlush eGift Card combined with another payment method, we will first refund the total amount charged to the alternate form of payment. The remaining balance will be returned to you via your original PinkBlush eGift Card.
  • At this time, we are not able to offer direct exchanges. All returned items will be refunded when they are received.
  • If you need a different size or color of an item, we recommend returning your item to us, then placing a new order. For re-orders of the same item and color, we are happy to honor previously used promotions. Please contact Customer Service for assistance!
Multiple Order Returns
  • If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please ship them back in separate packages. We will supply you with a different shipping label for each package. This will ensure that we will be able to process your return and refund quickly and accurately.
Damaged Items:
  • Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that way may assist you with your order!

Domestic Returns
  • Free Return Shipping - Returns postmarked within 10 days of the order delivery date get FREE return shipping! For returns postmarked after 10 days, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if a PinkBlush pre-paid shipping label is used.
  • Return Shipping Options:
  • Use a PinkBlush pre-paid return label - Send your package back within 10 days of the order delivery date for FREE return shipping! Returns postmarked after 10 days of the order delivery date will have a $7 return shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • Ship the items on your own - Purchase postage from your preferred carrier. You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. No return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
    NOTE: Please be sure to include your RMA form to ensure your return can be processed correctly.

International Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days from confirmed delivery date. To start, follow these 3 easy steps:
  1. Place all the items you want to return back into the original package or use your own packaging.
  2. Include the original invoice or e-mail confirmation receipt in the package. If you cannot locate the invoice, give us a call or email us at 888-428-1358 or [email protected].
  3. Take the package to your preferred carrier, pay for postage* and send the package to:

Simple as that! Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and the payment is refunded via the method of your choice - either PinkBlush Store Credit, via eGift Card, or back to the original payment method (shipping charges are non-refundable).

* When purchasing postage, we strongly encourage you to insure your package and record the tracking info. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with our label, and your return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

PinkBlush reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and update this Policy at any time without notice.

If an incorrect or personal item is returned in error, we will do our best to locate the item, but PinkBlush is not liable for anything returned to us in error, and cannot guarantee it is found and returned. If the package has been delivered to us, please contact customer service and we will do our best to return the item back to you. If the package is still in transit, please contact the mail carrier and request a return to sender.
