Program Overview

How do I sign up for PinkBlush Rewards?

If you currently have an active PinkBlush account - simply make a purchase to enroll in the program and start earning points! If you’re new, click here to create your account and you’ll be enrolled into PinkBlush Rewards automatically at the same time!

Where can I find my PinkBlush Rewards account info?

Your PinkBlush Rewards Dashboard is where you’ll find all the info regarding your points, rewards, and tier status! Simply navigate to your My Account page and click the PinkBlush Rewards link. Or click here to go to your dashboard!

My account was deactivated due to inactivity. How do I reactivate it?

Simply make a new purchase to reactivate your account and start earning points again!

How do I opt out of PinkBlush Rewards/cancel my membership?

If you do not wish to participate in PinkBlush Rewards, you can opt-out in the Profile section of your rewards dashboard.


How do I earn points?

To get things started, we’ll add 500 points to your account just for signing up for PinkBlush Rewards! Once you’re in, you can earn points through purchases (exclusions apply), by referring your friends, writing product reviews, and sharing on Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest. As a bonus, we’ll also send you points for special occasions like your birthday and our anniversary! For more info, see the PinkBlush Rewards Program Info Page.

Higher tier members earn purchase points at a faster rate!
  • Members earn 10 points per $1 spent
  • Elite Members earn 1.25 points per $1 spent
  • VIP Members earn 1.5 points per $1 spent

Are there any items I won’t earn points for?

Points cannot be earned on shipping costs, taxes, or gift card purchases. If purchasing a gift card, your giftee will receive points when they use the gift card for their purchase!

When do I get my points after I make a purchase?

Points are added to your account ten days after your order is fulfilled.

Why didn’t I get points for my purchase?

You may not see your points for a few reasons:
  1. You weren’t logged into your account. You must be logged in when making purchases to get points in your account. If you weren’t logged in and accidentally checked out as a guest, please email us with your order number and we can help apply the points to your account.
  2. Your order was cancelled. You won’t receive points if your order is cancelled.
  3. You made a return. You won’t receive points for returned items.
  4. The waiting period is still active. We add points to your account ten days after order fulfillment.

Do points expire?

Points expire after six months of inactivity. But don’t worry - we will send you email notifications before this happens! To keep your account active, you can:
  • Make another purchase
  • Refer a friend
  • Write a product review
  • Share on Facebook or Pinterest

How much are my points worth in rewards?

1000 points = $5 in rewards and can be redeemed in increments of 1000 points at checkout.

Elite and VIP members earn points at a faster rate, but 1000 points will always equal $5 in PinkBlush Rewards.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

If you decide to return some or all of your order, points for those items will be deducted from your PinkBlush Rewards account.


How do I earn rewards?

You’re eligible for a $5 reward for every 1000 points you earn!

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

You can redeem your points for rewards at checkout in increments of 1000. On the payment screen, select the number of points you would like to redeem and click “Redeem”. Those points will be deducted from your points balance, transformed into their corresponding reward value, and applied to your order as a reward code. That reward card code will be emailed to you and also be available in your PinkBlush Rewards dashboard in case you need to reference it later.

How do I access rewards I haven’t used?

When you redeem points for a reward, your reward code will be made available to you in your PinkBlush Rewards dashboard. That reward code will be emailed to you, depending on your email preferences.

Are there any items rewards can't be applied to?

Rewards cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards, but can be used on all other products on site!

Do rewards expire?

Yes, rewards will expire six months after they are issued.

Can I get cash back for unused rewards?

No, rewards have no cash value, so cash can not be given for any balance not spent.

What happens if I use a reward on a purchase and then make a return?

If you use a reward on a purchase and then later make a return, the reward amount used will be credited back to the reward code that you used on that purchase.

For example, if you redeem 1,000 points to get a $5 reward (code ABC123) on a $50 purchase that you decide to return, $45 will be refunded to your credit card and your gift card ABC123 will be reloaded with your $5 reward.

Can I combine multiple reward codes into one?

Unfortunately, no. When you redeem your points for rewards, a reward code for that dollar amount is generated and can not be updated. Not to worry, though, you are able to use multiple reward codes on one order, so you can use all of your earned rewards!

Can I combine rewards with other promos?

Yes! Rewards can be used in combination with percentage off sales on site!

Can I transfer my rewards to someone else?

Yes, you may share your unused reward codes with friends! To use the reward, your friend must enter the reward code in the gift card box in checkout. Please note, codes are one-time-use and will become inactive once used.

​Why do I have to link my social accounts?

In order to successfully reward points for social media posts, we require you to link your accounts to your rewards profile. ​


How do I get to the Elite/VIP tier?

Your PinkBlush Rewards tier is determined by how much you spend in a calendar year (January through December).
  • Everyone starts as at the Member tier – no minimum spend required!
  • Spend $200 or more in a calendar year to get to the Elite tier!
  • Spend $500 or more in a calendar year to get to the VIP tier!

How long do I stay in the Elite/VIP tier? Do tiers expire or reset?

Once you reach a new tier, you will stay in that tier through the rest of that calendar year as well as the following calendar year! For example, if you reach VIP in October 2021, you’ll have VIP status through the rest of 2021 and also through all of 2022.

Tiers reset at the end of every calendar year. To maintain your tier status, you will have to re-qualify each year by spending the minimum amount for that tier.


25% off after every order? Really?

Yes! PinkBlush Rewards members will receive a 25% off coupon to use on their next order after they place an order. These coupons are emailed out seven days after your purchase. Please note: you must be subscribed to our emails to receive these coupons.

How do free shipping & returns work?

As a PinkBlush customer, you’re eligible for free standard shipping on orders over $100 and free return shipping when ReDo is purchased at checkout! For more info, check out our shipping and return policy pages. Please note: free shipping over $100 & easy returns apply only to domestic orders within the United States.

How do I get my birthday bonus?

Let us know when your birthday is by adding it to the birthday section in your account settings and we’ll send you some bonus points on your b-day!

What’s an anniversary bonus and how do I get one?

No need to do anything! To celebrate your time with us, we’ll add bonus points to your account on the anniversary of your first purchase with us as a PinkBlush Rewards member. Elite and VIP tier members get more, so level up for even more bonus points!
